These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Akasaa Travels (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, communicating with us, or booking any travel service through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.


1. Scope of Services

Akasaa Travels acts as a travel facilitator and provides services including but not limited to:

  • Tour packages

  • Hotel and accommodation bookings

  • Transportation arrangements

  • Travel-related assistance and coordination

We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, transport vehicles, or other third-party service providers unless explicitly stated.


2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law

  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking

We reserve the right to refuse service if information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.


3. Booking and Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of full or agreed payment.

  • Confirmation details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.

  • Prices are subject to availability and may change until confirmation.

No verbal assurance is binding unless confirmed in writing.


4. Payments

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.

  • Payment methods may include cards, UPI, bank transfers, or other approved gateways.

  • Akasaa Travels is not responsible for payment gateway failures, banking delays, or third-party transaction errors.

Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation without notice.


5. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds

a. Cancellations by Customer

  • Cancellation charges depend on the policy of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.

  • Service fees charged by Akasaa Travels are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated.

  • Refund timelines depend on third-party processing and banking systems.

b. Amendments

  • Date changes, name changes, or itinerary modifications are subject to availability and additional charges.

c. No-Show

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.


6. Cancellations or Changes by Service Providers

We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by:

  • Airlines, hotels, transport operators

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government orders, strikes, pandemics, or force majeure events

In such cases, refunds or alternatives are strictly subject to third-party policies.


7. Travel Documents and Compliance

  • Customers are solely responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, IDs, and health requirements.

  • We are not liable for denial of boarding, entry, or service due to improper or invalid documentation.

Providing Aadhaar or passport details is mandatory where required by law or service providers.


8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Follow local laws, customs, and regulations during travel

  • Maintain discipline and appropriate conduct

  • Take responsibility for personal belongings and valuables

We are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damages during travel unless caused by our proven gross negligence.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Akasaa Travels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

We are not insurers of travel, life, health, or property.


10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, itineraries, and materials belong to Akasaa Travels.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.


11. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.


12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, or technical failures.


13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
